Job Summary
Pulpdent is seeking a reliable, hands-on janitorial supervisor to lead our custodial team while actively participating in routine cleaning and maintenance operations of Pulpdent’s production areas, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. This role requires leadership, coordination, and a dedication to meticulously completing day to day custodial tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of Pulpdent properties.
Essential Functions:
Supervisory Duties
- Supervise, schedule, delegate and lead a group of 2-3 full time custodial staff
- Assign daily, weekly, monthly etc. tasks and follow up to ensure timely and effective completion
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with procurement manager to monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory
- Provide on-the-job training for custodial staff in cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Address performance issues, provide feedback, and support team development
- Serve as the main point of contact between custodians, contractors, and management
Janitorial Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of production areas, office, bathrooms, breakrooms
- Daily removal of recycled and trash materials
- Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of cleaning equipment
- Keep storage rooms clean and organized
- Vacuum with various pieces of equipment
- Enforce no food policy on production floors
- Maintain floors (mop, strip, wax, buff, etc)
- Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks on building infrastructure and janitorial equipment.
- Perform application analysis and select chemicals, including management of the mixtures of cleaning agents
- Collaborate with engineering department to relocate production equipment
- Occasional movement of tables, chairs, racks, desks, etc
- (Seasonal) Snow removal on stairs, pathways, docks, and driveways
- (Seasonal) Basic property cleanup, light gardening
Required Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Track record of successfully leading a dynamic team
- Minimum of 5 years prior custodial work
- Prior experience using hand tools and knowledge of basic repair work
Preferred Experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience reviewing and negotiating agreements with contractors
- Experience handling and cleaning potentially hazardous chemicals in a manufacturing setting

- Ability to complete repetitive manual labor tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to be exposed to cleaning chemicals

Job Summary
The manufacturing engineer is a full-time position (40 hours a week, not eligible for overtime) and will be responsible for assisting the engineering team with daily procedures and necessities. This position requires excellent organization skills, a passion for problem solving, and a track record of success in creative environments where they can express ideas and analyze situations to generate effective solutions to production problems.
The team member in this position will work on a large scope of machinery and equipment, and must understand how things are made and function in practice versus just understanding the theory behind it. Engineering theory is an excellent and accelerative starting point; a collection of tangible skills is a necessity in this setting.
Essential Functions
- Assist engineer with technical and regulatory documentation (ISO 9001/FDA)
- Perform and document preventative maintenance tasks on various types of equipment with varying levels of automation
- Assist engineering team with fabrication of parts and new equipment
- Source engineering components and create organized databases of common parts
- Assist engineer with technical research topics related to problems at hand
- Maintain document organization as well as machine shop organization
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- High School diploma and 5+ years of experience in a technical role in lieu of college education
- Ability to use hand and power tools, belt sanders, grinders, gas torches, taps/dies
- Ability to understand and operate mills, lathes, and drill presses safely in a machine shop
- Ability to splice wires, terminate leads, solder electronics
Preferred Education & Experience
- Familiarity with 3D printing and associated software/techniques
- Proficiency with Arduino or entry level software development/automation coding
- Understanding of PLCs and Motor Drivers
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to be exposed to loud equipment regularly
- Ability to be exposed to a filtered light environment on occasion
- Ability to be exposed to acids and raw chemicals with the use of PPE on occasion
- Ability to lift various objects up to 50lbs
- Time will be split between an office setting, a chemical factory, and a machine workshop

Job Summary
The Customer Service Manager acts as the external face of Pulpdent Corporation, representing the company’s values to clinical customers and dental industry partners. This is a fully onsite hands-on leadership role, responsible for the operation and growth of the customer service function. This role combines leadership, process improvement, and hands-on customer support.
As a family-owned company known for clinical excellence, the Customer Service Manager must be professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable. This individual will supervise and train a small team of Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Manager be comfortable answering and/or triaging technical calls from dentists, overseeing the logistics of special orders, and resolving challenges with dealers as they arise. The Customer Service Manager will also partner with Pulpdent’s regulatory department to ensure compliance in all facets of the customer service department.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pulpdent with professionalism and poise, both over the phone and during on-site visits
- Managing a small customer service team
- Provide support to clinicians and dental dealers. Accurately and concisely respond to clinical questions about Pulpdent products, triaging to subject matter experts as necessary
- Handle relationships with key customers with care, including hands-on logistical oversight
- Review sales orders, oversee order entry, and participate in order checking process
- Act as first line of response for complaints, escalating to regulatory as necessary
- Communicate with dealers on order status, resolving challenges as they arise
- Manage Electronic Data Interchange for P.O. and invoice processing
- Integrating the customer service function into Pulpdent’s CRM
Required Education & Experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Dental assistant or hygiene experience
- Associates degree or equivalent
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to be in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work on-site in Watertown, MA during normal business hours.

Job Summary
Pulpdent’s Director of Sales for North America is responsible for leading and driving sales growth, market expansion, and revenue generation across the North American region. The Director of Sales plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders including Pulpdent’s dealer-distribution partners. The Director of Sales reports directly to ownership.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across the North American territory
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance, exceed sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dental practices, distributors, and industry influencers to drive brand awareness and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and market expansions, to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic plan, customer needs and market trends
- Provide strategic input and insights to senior leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and business strategy
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and drive accountability
- Responsible for on-site product/sales training for new regional managers and continuous training of sales personnel including co-travel.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience cultivating relationships in the dental industry
- Dental sales field experience required; sales team management experience preferred
- Proven track record of success with hands on management and an ability to lead, motivate and inspire sales team to achieve sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic sales plans including new product launches
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with ability to utilize data to identify insights and problem solve
- Possess a strong understanding of the current market and clinical applications of dental materials
- Familiarity with group practices and experience with DSO sales
- Experience working cross collaboratively internally and with dental dealers
- In depth familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong organization, presentation and collaboration skills
- Experience organizing/executing national sales meetings preferred

- Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time
- Attend regularly scheduled dental meetings across the US
- Ability and experience working remotely, managing remote team
